In the absence of smoking bans, restaurateurs are allowed to ban smoking in their establishments if they see fit. Had a good time at John’s 4th of July party last weekend. I got some new books, namely John Stuart Mill’s On Liberty and Thomas Hobbes’ Leviathan.
