A 53-year-old carjacking victim – gun owner and CCW bearer – was able to bring to a screeching halt the day-long crime spree led by one Charles Parker Jr., of Detroit on Thursday evening. The carjacker died of a gunshot wound suffered in the one-sided exchange.
