Remember how he felt it was okay that rich people (or average income people) should have to be taxed more to help the less fortunate out. This guy Ryan feels the same. Nobody should be taxed on their income. I would rather have people that are just getting by keep all of their money and not give it to any charity or "man." This way they can save up for a rainy day instead of giving it to "the man" to mess it up anyways. If charity feels that I need to give them something, then "charity" or "the man" needs to sell me on the idea of what they want me to give to.
