		<description>Yes indeed.  Prior to the Supreme Court decision of recent years, nothing was needed to vote in the way of identification.  

For thirty years I walked in, signed that little piece of paper with a small pencil, and voted.  I always wondered what would happen if I arrived to vote and they already had my name crossed out on their register if someone had come before me and voted as &quot;me&quot;.  But it never happened.  

I am sure it has happened to someone, and I wonder what the procedure is in that case?</description>
