About My Publishing Schedule

Some people say that I should maintain a more regular post schedule.  You can read them at your own leisure.  I’m too anxious.  When I have a good post, I don’t want to withhold it, I don’t want to keep it from the few readers I’m lucky enough to have.

The last three posts, published moments apart, are the result of having spent 5 hours on a 757-200, geographically between Detroit and Los Angeles, situationally, sandwiched between two large men.

(Note: seats 33A, 33B and 33C on a 757-200 have access to a 110V outlet.  Very nice!)

I listened to metal, reviewed some cached articles & blogs that I wanted to read, knocked out some work e-mails, and ripped out three solid posts.

They’re yours to enjoy.  And submit to reddit.  Or STR. Or Digg.  Or whatever. Thanks to all of you for reading & making it worthwhile.

Happy belated new year.

Outlets and other seat configuration issues vary by airline. SeatGuru is a good planning resource. :-)

Seatguru made no mention of the outlets, they were an added bonus to the extra leg-room in the exit-row seating.

As another flying FYI: if you ever have to fly on an Embraer, avoid it at all costs. :)

What part of the trip did you fly on an Embraer?

Blogger has a “queue posts ahead of time” feature. I believe WordPress also has such a feature.

I queue up posts ahead of time, in case I’m busy or have a creative dry spell. I also have partially finished drafts in my queue.

I can queue posts ahead of time, I just prefer to publish ASAP.

At any given time, I have 50+ drafts/brainstorms in WordPress.

Seriously, tell the doubters to get stuffed. If they can’t handle the pace, tough luck for them!

The “two large men sandwich” thing is your problem, though… :)
