I looked into making my own T-Shirts. You can buy blank T-Shirts in Chinatown for a few bucks each and then buy a T-Shirt burning machine for $1500. That store is charging a hefty markup at $15 each.
A) There is no Chinatown near me. Mexicantown, yes. But no Chinatown.
B) I don’t have $2,000 to throw around.
C) Even if I did, I’d need to sell several hundred t-shirts to break even.
D) Furthermore, I don’t want the trouble/risk of maintaining inventory and machinery.
It was just something fun to put up there. My markup is $1 per shirt. I don’t intend to make any money.

Nothing I can do about that.
