Bleg: Searching for Editors

If anyone out there would be willing to review, critique, or otherwise comment on a work-in-progress.  Ideally I’m looking for one technical editor (economics) and one style editor (someone who’s willing to bitch-slap me into making sure that grammatical pedantry like tense and agreement are consistent throughout).
