Fake Anarchists Oppose Immigration
I find it ironic, and just a bit confusing, to see an “anarchist” waxing poetic about national identity; as though anything could be less meaningful in the anarchist lexicon than those f*cking arbitrary delineations of conquest and subjugation drawn on maps by all manner of kings, tyrants, and usurpers.
I’m not going to bother wasting five minutes of my life watching the video linked via the National Anarchist Revolution! blog, primarily because NumbersUSA peddles a lot of borderline-bogus, alarmist, jingoistic “statistics” in support of their arguments. I’ve taken them to task on this junk-science in the past, and that will suffice for me, thank you very much.
There will always be scarcity, but if it were possible to create a localized superabundance, any decent man, genuinely concerned with the plight of the poorest among us, would wait a little bit longer to get there, so that others could feast at that table, too.

I do not mean to imply that freedom of immigration would solve all of the world’s problems, although I do believe it would go a long way towards achieving that goal.

Huh? This group is as confusing as they get. What concept of ‘anarchy’ are they thinking they are espousing?
Very weird shit.

Your guess is as good as mine. I have to call people out on that shit.
Nice post! Nationalism is worse than religion…maybe its the modern answer. Nothing worse than a bunch of “patriotic” idiots drinking beer and waving flags while cheering on foreign wars of agression! Patriotism is dangerous. Theres a good quote from Hermann Goering about how it can be used to start wars even if they don’t benefit the people. With the modern health, swine flu, “terrorism” and economic disasters on our hands I think that the potentials of patriotism as a weapon of propaganda have yet to be used to their full force. Iraq and Afghanistan are going to look consensual when these guys are done with Iran and god knows whom/what else.
You Fuckheads don’t know what you’re talking about. How are you going to maintain your Utopian Anarchist society — if you have uncontrolled immigration — who’s to say that these immigrants aren’t going to force your anarchists into some other kind of social construct by the power of their sheer numbers … — a true anarchist cherishes individualism, and decentralization. You fuckers wanting uncontrolled immigration are just a bunch of crypto facists one world government types.
Anarchy (from Greek: ἀναρχίᾱ anarchíā, “without ruler”) may refer to any of the following:
* “No rulership or enforced authority.”[1]
* “Absence of government; a state of lawlessness due to the absence or inefficiency of the supreme power; political disorder.”[2]
* “A social state in which there is no governing person or group of people, but each individual has absolute liberty (without the implication of disorder).”[3]
* “Absence or non-recognition of authority and order in any given sphere.”[4]
* “Acting without waiting for instructions or official permission… The root of anarchism is the single impulse to do it yourself: everything else follows from this.” [5]
Thanks for remaining civil, I’m well versed in the dictionary definition of “anarchy” or “anarchism”.
As I have previously responded to your grossly uninformed objection, I do hope you will take the time to read it. Simply, “uncontrolled immigration” is constrained by many factors:
