Vacation: Reading & Snowboarding

Just kicked off a two-week vacation with a weekend snowboarding at Crystal Mountain, in Thompsonville, MI.

Today, my dead-tree versions of Oppenheimer’s The State and Solzhenitsyn’s Gulag Archipelago, Vol. I arrived via UPS. In addition to snowboarding as much as possible, I’m hoping that these two can keep me occupied. Both of them have been on my reading list for quite a while now.

I am also building a snowboarding-oriented blog, so if you’re in to that sort of thing (or if you know someone who is), send some traffic over to http://agnarchy.com (clever, eh?).

This project has been keeping me from posting new entries here as regularly as I’d like to. I expect to resume posting here sometime soon, I just forgot how much work it is to build a blog from nothing, getting two unique visitors per day, etc.
